This fix tries to fix the issue raised in 24391 about allowing custom DNS settings to service definition. This fix adds `DNSConfig` (`Nameservers`, `Options`, `Search`) to service definition, as well as `--dns`, `--dns-opt`, and `dns-search` to `service create`.
