Add --no-trunc option to docker container stats
This patch adds a `--no-trunc` option to `docker container stats`;

With this patch applied, the default output is:

    CONTAINER ID NAME CPU % MEM USAGE / LIMIT MEM % NET I/O BLOCK I/O PIDS
