Tonis Tiigi b5b3dd4c6b Implement content addressability for plugins Move plugins to shared distribution stack with images. Create immutable plugin config that matches schema2 requirements. Ensure data being pushed is same as pulled/created. Store distribution artifacts in a blobstore. Run init layer setup for every plugin start. Fix breakouts from unsafe file accesses. Add support for `docker plugin install --alias` Uses normalized references for default names to avoid collisions when using default hosts/tags. Some refactoring of the plugin manager to support the change, like removing the singleton manager and adding manager config struct. The documentation for Docker Engine has been merged into the general documentation repo.

If you'd like to edit the current published version of the Engine docs, do it in the master branch here: https://github.com/docker/docker.github.io/tree/master/engine

If you need to document the functionality of an upcoming Engine release, use the vnext-engine branch: https://github.com/docker/docker.github.io/tree/vnext-engine/engine

The reference docs have been left in docker/docker (this repo), which remains the place to edit them.
