Commit f32731f902 fixed a potential panic
when an error was returned while trying to get existing credentials.
However, other code paths currently use the result of `GetDefaultAuthConfig()`
even in an error condition; this resulted in a panic, because a `nil` was
returned.

The tabwriter was configured to have a min-width for columns of 20 positions.
This seemed quite wide, and caused smaller columns to be printed with a large
gap between.

Previously, if a registry AuthInfo was not present in the CLI config file, docker logout could not be used
to ask the credential helper to forget about it. It causes problem for people working with
multiple alternative config files, and it causes problems for cases like Docker Desktop w/ WSL 2, as
it uses the same win32 credential helper as the Windows CLI, but a different config file, leading to
bugs where I cannot logout from a registry from wsl2 if I logged in from Windows and vice-versa.

The `docker search --automated` and `docker search --stars` options were
deprecated in release v1.12.0, and scheduled for removal in v17.09.
This patch removes the deprecated flags, in favor of their equivalent
`--filter` options (`docker search --filter=is-automated=<true|false>` and
`docker search --filter=stars=...`).

This change refines the warning message returned during docker login to
only warn for unencrypted storage when the users password is being stored.
If the remote registry supports identity tokens, omit the warning,
since those tokens can be independently managed and revoked.

A recent change in moby/moby made tests with missing client mocks fail with panic.
This adds those missing mocks for the impacted tests.

- make it possible to extract the formatter implementation from the
"common" code, that way, the formatter package stays small
- extract some formatter into their own packages
This is essentially moving the "formatter" implementation of each type
in their respective packages. The *main* reason to do that, is to be
able to depend on `cli/command/formatter` without depending of the
implementation detail of the formatter. As of now, depending on
`cli/command/formatter` means we depend on `docker/docker/api/types`,
`docker/licensing`, … — that should not be the case. `formatter`
should hold the common code (or helpers) to easily create formatter,
not all formatter implementations.

Since go 1.7, "context" is a standard package. Since go 1.9,
x/net/context merely provides some types aliased to those in
the standard context package.
The changes were performed by the following script:

* conflicts with --password (naturally)
* conflicts with the absence of --username (both can't be grabbed by the
stdin)

The `docker login -e` / `docker login --email` option was deprecated in
Docker 1.11 (https://github.com/moby/moby/releases/tag/v1.11.0) through
aee260d4eb3aa0fc86ee5038010b7bbc24512ae5 (April 2016), and when used has
been outputing a deprecation warning since;
Flag --email has been deprecated, will be removed in 17.06.
Originally this option was scheduled to be removed in docker 1.13, but
extended to docker 17.06 due to a change in our deprecation policy.
Given that only docker 1.10 and older use this flag (which is EOL, including
for CS versions, as of February 2017), will now be removed.
With this patch, `docker login` will now produce an Error if the flag
is used.
