robmry a682b8e655 Permit '=' separator and '[ipv6]' in --add-host
Fixes #4648

Make it easier to specify IPv6 addresses in the '--add-host' option by
permitting 'host=ip' in addition to 'host:ip', and allowing square
brackets around the address.

For example:

    --add-host=my-hostname:127.0.0.1
    --add-host=my-hostname:::1
    --add-host=my-hostname=::1
    --add-host=my-hostname:[::1]

To avoid compatibility problems, the CLI will replace an '=' separator
with ':', and strip brackets, before sending the request to the API.

update flag-description for --cgroup-parent
This attempts to make it clearer that the --cgroup-parent option is only used
for the containers used during build. Instead of mentioning "build container",
I opted for using "RUN instructions" (to match the --network description),
although this may not be ideal (as it assumes the "Dockerfile" front-end, which
of course may not be the case).

Sebastiaan van Stijn 80b1285fec cli: use custom annotation for aliases
Cobra allows for aliases to be defined for a command, but only allows these
to be defined at the same level (for example, `docker image ls` as alias for
`docker image list`). Our CLI has some commands that are available both as a
top-level shorthand as well as `docker <object> <verb>` subcommands. For example,
`docker ps` is a shorthand for `docker container ps` / `docker container ls`.

This patch introduces a custom "aliases" annotation that can be used to print
all available aliases for a command. While this requires these aliases to be
defined manually, in practice the list of aliases rarely changes, so maintenance
should be minimal.

As a convention, we could consider the first command in this list to be the
canonical command, so that we can use this information to add redirects in
our documentation in future.

Before this patch:

    docker images --help

    Usage:  docker images [OPTIONS] [REPOSITORY[:TAG]]

    List images

    Options:
      -a, --all Show all images (default hides intermediate images)
      ...

With this patch:

    docker images --help

    Usage:  docker images [OPTIONS] [REPOSITORY[:TAG]]

    List images

    Aliases:
      docker image ls, docker image list, docker images

    Options:
      -a, --all Show all images (default hides intermediate images)

builder: rephrase ENV section, remove examples for ENV key value without '='
The `ENV key value` form can be ambiguous, for example, the following defines
a single env-variable (`ONE`) with value `"TWO= THREE=world"`:

    ENV ONE TWO= THREE=world

While we cannot deprecate/remove that syntax (as it would break existing
Dockerfiles), we should reduce exposure of the format in our examples.

docs: update code-hints for compatibility with "rouge"
Unlike GitHub's web-UI, the "rouge" hightlighter used in our
online documentation is case-sensitive. As a result, code-blocks
having the Dockerfile (uppercase) code-hint were not highlighted.

This changes those to use lowercase, which is supported by both.

Fix whitespace that caused short-format in generated YAML
If the markdown contains trailing spaces, or has tabs included,
the YAML generator uses a compact format for the text (using `\n`
and `\t`, instead of plain newlines).

The compact format makes it difficult to review changes in the
yaml docs when vendoring in the documentation repository.

This patch:

- removes trailing whitespace
- replaces tabs for spaces
- fixes some minor formatting and markdown issues

Akihiro Suda db7399a016 build: add SSH agent socket forwarder (`docker build --ssh $SSHMOUNTID=$SSH_AUTH_SOCK`)
Unlike `docker build --secret`, `docker build --ssh` allows the build container to
use SSH keys with passphrases.

  $ eval $(ssh-agent)
  $ ssh-add ~/.ssh/id_rsa
  (Input your passphrase here)
  $ docker build --ssh default=$SSH_AUTH_SOCK ...

This feature requires the daemon with `CapExecMountSSH` build capability (moby/moby#37973) .

Currently, the official Dockerfile frontend does not provide the syntax for using the SSH forwarder.

However, the experimental `RUN --mount=type=ssh` syntax can be enabled by using
the Dockerfile frontend image built with the `BUILDTAGS="dfrunmount dfssh"`, via the `# syntax =` "shebang".

The Dockerfile for the Dockerfile frontend is available at github.com/moby/buildkit/frontend/dockerfile/cmd/dockerfile-frontend)
The pre-built image is also available as `tonistiigi/dockerfile:ssh20181002` .

An example Dockerfile with `RUN --mount=type=ssh`:

  # syntax = tonistiigi/dockerfile:ssh20181002
  FROM alpine
  RUN apk add --no-cache openssh-client
  RUN mkdir -p -m 0700 ~/.ssh && ssh-keyscan gitlab.com >> ~/.ssh/known_hosts
  RUN --mount=type=ssh ssh git@gitlab.com | tee /hello
  # "Welcome to GitLab, @GITLAB_USERNAME_ASSOCIATED_WITH_SSHKEY" should be printed here

More info available at moby/buildkit#608, moby/buildkit#655

Ian Campbell 0808cf04cb Add `docker build --iidfile=FILE`
This is synonymous with `docker run --cidfile=FILE` and writes the digest of
the newly built image to the named file. This is intended to be used by build
systems which want to avoid tagging (perhaps because they are in CI or
otherwise want to avoid fixed names which can clash) by enabling e.g. Makefile
constructs like:

    image.id: Dockerfile
    	docker build --iidfile=image.id .

    do-some-more-stuff: image.id
    	do-stuff-with <image.id

Currently the only way to achieve this is to use `docker build -q` and capture
the stdout, but at the expense of losing the build output.

In non-silent mode (without `-q`) with API >= v1.29 the caller will now see a
`JSONMessage` with the `Aux` field containing a `types.BuildResult` in the
output stream for each image/layer produced during the build, with the final
one being the end product. Having all of the intermediate images might be
interesting in some cases.

In silent mode (with `-q`) there is no change, on success the only output will
be the resulting image digest as it was previosuly.

There was no wrapper to just output an Aux section without enclosing it in a
Progress, so add one here.

Added some tests to integration cli tests.
