dockerfile based binary building
Using cross compilation toolchains that work from any platform Adds darwin/arm64 support and bake targets. Static and dynamic binary targets are available, both with glibc and musl. Signed-off-by: Tonis Tiigi <tonistiigi@gmail.com>
