Remove erroneous ENTRYPOINT note
The Dockerfile parser does not subsitute ENV variables in any form of the ENTRYPOINT command. Any substitution, if done, is done by the shell when the command is executed. Signed-off-by: David Dooling <dooling@gmail.com>
