Jake Lambert 4ed484bac4 Clarify in docs that docker tag doesn't publish I am attempting to push a tag to a private repository. The documentation for `docker tag` has an explicit example to for how ["To push an image to a private registry"](https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/tag/#tag-an-image-referenced-by-name). My colleague clarified that this command does not in fact push anything, so I thought this PR might save some future novice the same confusion. Docker Documentation

This directory contains scripts for generating the man pages. Many of the man pages are generated directly from the spf13/cobra Command definition. Some legacy pages are still generated from the markdown files in this directory. Do not edit the man pages in the man1 directory. Instead, update the Cobra command or amend the Markdown files for legacy pages.

Generate the man pages

From within the project root directory run:

make manpages
