Remove mentions of which options are supported by Kubernetes.
Note that there's some filters remaining that were marked as "not supported
by swarm": those filters need to be checked if this is accurate (and if so,
those filters must be removed).

file for templating in the documentation, and
these special markers are no longer needed.

This fix tries to improve the display of `docker service ls`
and adds `--format` flag to `docker service ls`.
In addition to `--format` flag, several other improvement:
1. Updates `docker stacks service`.
2. Adds `servicesFormat` to config file.
Related docs has been updated.
