docs: use "console" code-hint for shell examples 
This replaces the use of bash where suitable, to allow easier copy/pasting
of shell examples without copying the prompt or process output.

Arnaud Porterie (icecrime) 253a5f4ea2 Rename `--net` to `--network` 
Add a `--network` flag which replaces `--net` without deprecating it
yet. The `--net` flag remains hidden and supported.

GitHub flavored markdown is now supported for links and images. Also, ran LinkChecker and FileResolver. Yay!

Output for docker/docker now goes into engine directory
